**Job Title: MSP Senior IT Systems Administrator**

**Location: Nanaimo, BC, Canada**

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for managing diverse technologies and providing top-tier managed IT services to a wide range of clients? Do you have a strong background in 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Virtualization, and Windows Environments? If so, we want you to join our dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) team in Nanaimo, BC, Canada.

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MSP IT Systems Administrator to play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional IT support and managed services to our valued clients. As a core member of our MSP team, you will be responsible for managing clients' various cloud and hybrid environments, Exchange services, optimizing Active Directory, and managing client support requests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Exchange Email Services:** Administer and maintain Exchange email services for clients, ensuring secure and seamless communication for their organizations.

- **Active Directory Expertise:** Lead the management and enhancement of clients' Active Directory environments, overseeing user and group management, security policies, and system integration.

- **Client Windows Environment Support:** Deliver exceptional client support and troubleshooting for their Windows-based systems and servers, ensuring a secure and productive user experience.

- **Documentation:** Keep meticulous records, develop and maintain documentation, and create standard operating procedures for clients' IT systems and processes to enhance transparency and efficiency.

- **Security Best Practices:** Implement and maintain security best practices for clients, including patch management, access control, and robust disaster recovery plans to safeguard their valuable data and systems.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with our MSP team, including technicians, engineers, project managers, and other IT professionals, to provide exemplary client service and ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of experience in managing client infrasturcutre, Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows environments, particularly within an MSP environment.

- Knowledge of network and system security best practices.

- Exceptional problem-solving, multi-tasking and communication skills. Seeking a driven team member with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to our diverse client base.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating exceptional time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
