About us

Inside Health Clinic is an established multidisciplinary integrative health clinic in Oakville, Ontario. Since 2010, we have been running our signature Deep Healing Intensive retreats, supporting patients on their journey to whole-body wellness. Our collaborative team includes naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, nurses, and colon hydrotherapists.

The role

We are looking for a passionate and caring clinical assistant to join our team in supporting patients throughout our Deep Healing Intensive retreats. This is a part-time contract position with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, providing hands-on patient support in a warm, healing environment.

Responsibilities

Preparing and assisting with patient meals, drinks, and therapeutic supplements

Setting up and operating healing therapy equipment including PEMF mats, meditation devices, and vibration plates

Providing compassionate emotional support and guidance to patients throughout their retreat experience

Supporting the clinical team (NDs, chiropractors, nurses) throughout retreat programming

Assisting with general retreat coordination and patient logistics as needed

What we're looking for:

A genuine passion for natural health and integrative wellnessBackground or formal education in natural health (naturopathy, holistic nutrition, kinesiology, or related field) is an asset

Warm, empathetic, and patient-centred approach — especially with individuals managing serious health conditions

Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting

Previous experience in a clinical, wellness, or retreat setting is an asset but not required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
