Nurse Practitioner – Men's Hormones (Virtual)

MORE for Men is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for men's health to join our growing virtual team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative, collaborative care platform designed specifically to support men in optimizing their physical, mental, and hormonal health.

MORE for Men provides expert-led, one-on-one virtual care focused on hormone health, metabolic wellness, mental health, exercise, longevity, and lifestyle optimization. Our mission is to help men improve their energy, confidence, performance, resilience, and overall quality of life through integrated, compassionate care.

Required Hours: Between 15-35 client appointments per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations to assess men's health concerns, including hormone imbalances, low testosterone, metabolic dysfunction, weight management, fatigue, low libido, mood changes, and age-related health concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, metabolic interventions, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Order and interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic testing as required.
• Prescribe and manage hormone therapies and related medications within your scope of practice.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments, prescription management, symptom tracking, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, fitness professionals, nutrition experts, and wellness practitioners.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with PIPEDA/PIPA regulations.
• Make referrals to specialists and community providers when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• Current independent prescribing authority and access to Netcare
• Advanced training and experience in men's hormone health, testosterone replacement therapy, metabolic health, and longevity medicine.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-centered care skills.
• Individual professional liability insurance.
