Natural Health Practitioner jobs

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our virtual care team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care across weight management, sexual health (ED), and hair loss services.This role is ideal for clinicians who are comfortable working in a digital healthcare environment, with experience in asynchronous patient assessments, online prescribing, ongoing medication management, and obtain multi-provincial license. You will review patient information, assess eligibility, develop treatment plans, and provide safe, evidence-based care remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual patient assessments for weight management, erectile dysfunction (ED), and hair loss concerns.
• Review patient questionnaires, medical history, and relevant clinical information to determine treatment eligibility.
• Provide asynchronous clinical reviews and prescribe medications where clinically appropriate.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing medication management.
• Manage refill requests by reviewing treatment response, side effects, and patient progress.
• Provide patient education on treatment options, medication use, expected outcomes, and potential side effects.
• Identify clinical risks, contraindications, and situations requiring additional assessment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the care team to deliver safe and efficient virtual care.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner registered with the appropriate provincial regulatory body.
• Multi-provincial licensing is preferred.
• Experience providing virtual/online healthcare services preferred.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas:
• Weight management and GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide)
• Erectile dysfunction treatment
• Hair loss treatment
• Experience with asynchronous prescribing and digital health workflows preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation:

• $100 - $120 CAD/hour for independent contractors
• Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and scope of practice.
