The Experience Designer will report to the Associate Experience Director.
Responsibilities:
- Design and refine player flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and layouts that improve clarity, usability, and comprehension.
- Translate player needs, behaviour patterns and product goals into thoughtful UX solutions.
- Collaborate with Experience Designers, Game Designers, Producers, Researchers, Art Directors, Engineers, and Design System owners to deliver cohesive, high-quality features from concept to implementation.
- Present and rationalise UX design decisions to peers and partners, advocate for the player, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Contribute to team discussions, share documentation and insights, and help improve design quality, consistency, and collaboration across the team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience using Figma.
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful UX work, with clear examples of design process, design rationale, documentation, and outcomes.
- Experience with UX and interaction design principles, including user flows, information hierarchy, wireframing, prototyping, and player-centred thinking.
- Experience collaborating across game development disciplines, including Design, Production, Research, Art, and Engineering.
- Positive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to learning, improving craft quality, and contributing to stronger team outcomes.
During the interview process, candidates may be invited to share examples of their UX work, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, documentation, or any other artifacts that help demonstrate their design process and approach.
