Are you a reliable, hands-on individual who likes variety and wants to learn a business from the ground up? We are looking for a hardworking team player to join us in Milk River in a unique role supporting two fast-growing local operations: NAPA Auto Parts and ZONE Irrigation.
This is a true "utility player" position. One day you’ll be helping local farmers and mechanics at the NAPA parts counter, and the next you might be organizing equipment, preparing sites, or helping out in the field on a ZONE Irrigation project. If you show initiative, take pride in your work, and want a stable career right here in Milk River, this seasonal role is designed to transition into a permanent, year-round position.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Store Operations (NAPA): Keep the showroom clean, organized, and looking professional. Check in daily freight shipments, stock shelves accurately, and manage warehouse inventory.
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a helpful attitude, answer basic questions, and assist with parts lookups.
- Field Support (ZONE Irrigation): Assist with seasonal irrigation projects, including equipment organization, site preparation, and occasional hands-on assistance in the field during peak periods.
- Deliveries: Safely deliver parts, tools, or irrigation supplies to local customers, shops, and job sites.
- Safety & Efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop floor and warehouse area.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Reliability: You show up on time, dependable, and ready to work every day.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs (such as commercial batteries, rotors, and heavy components).
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for handling local parts deliveries and moving between sites.
- Great Attitude: A "no task is too small" mindset—you take equal pride in keeping the shop tidy as you do helping a customer solve a problem.
- Local & Ag Knowledge: Familiarity with the Milk River area and agricultural or automotive equipment is a massive asset, but we will fully train the right person if you have the right work ethic.
- Communication: Comfortable talking to local farmers, independent mechanics, and homeowners with a helpful, neighborly attitude.
