Opportunity Overview Beethoven at Home is seeking passionate music teachers for all instruments to join our growing community of music educators. With strong presence in major cities across Canada and welcoming teachers from rural communities, we offer flexible teaching opportunities with competitive compensation and professional growth potential.

Please note: This is an opportunity for independent music teachers to connect with students through our platform. Our partner teachers operate as self-employed contractors and enjoy the full support of our marketing and administrative tools.

Tiered Compensation Structure:

All teachers begin at the Associate level. Fast-track advancement to Principal tier is available for teachers with Master's degrees or higher. Advancement to higher tiers is based on education, qualifications, performance, and contributions to the Beethoven at Home network through blogs, reviews, and other community engagement.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary music education or equivalent professional experience
  • Teaching experience (all levels welcome)
  • Mandatory in-house criminal background check (fee applies only after you receive your first student and is deducted in small increments from earnings)
  • Professional approach to education
