• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping duties with precision and integrity.
• Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies while maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Coordinate marketing activities and promotional displays to attract customers and boost sales.

Experience

• Proven supervisory or team management experience within retail or customer service environments.
• Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and retail merchandising.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development enhances your candidacy.

Pay: $60,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
