Powersports Technician / Apprentice – Full-Time

Team Vincent Motorsports – Ayr, Ontario

Team Vincent Motorsports is looking for a full-time Powersports Technician or Apprentice to join our busy dealership in Ayr, Ontario. We’re a Platinum BRP dealer and authorized distributor of Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am ATVs, SxSs, Spyders, and Rykers, as well as an authorized Scarab Jet Boat dealer. Family-owned and proudly serving our community since 1923, we’re all about quality, service, and powersports expertise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair powersports equipment including snowmobiles, ATVs, SxSs, motorcycles, personal watercraft, and jet boats
  • Perform engine and drivetrain rebuilds and troubleshoot electrical systems
  • Complete routine maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about work performed
  • Stay current with products and certifications through online and in-person BRP training
  • Work as part of a strong, supportive team—and continue developing your technical skills and knowledge

What You Bring:

  • Licensed 310G Motorcycle Technician or willingness to enter/apprentice toward obtaining your 310G Motorcycle Technician License
  • Hands-on experience with powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine repair (BRP and marine experience is a bonus!)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift 30+ lbs
  • Must be bondable, have a valid driver’s license, your own tools, and steel-toe boots
