As a Parts / Accessory Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Utilizing cutting-edge tools like parts fiche, web-based programs, and catalogues to assist clients with their needs
• Maintaining attractive inventory levels on our sales floor and eye-catching wall displays
• Contributing to post-season evaluations and future purchase programs
• Providing valuable input on marketing and sales growth strategies
• Exceeding personal sales targets and becoming an expert in our industry-leading products
• Engaging with customers through multiple communication channels, including face-to-face, telephone, email, and web-based platforms
• Strong team member, communication, and contributor skill set.
• Strong organizational and discipline skills while demonstrating the ability to work on his/her own and with the team.
• Basic computer knowledge, being familiar with Windows based programs.
• Participate in all Retail Consumer shows, client events, and “Demo Day” events.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Sharing a daily "Joke of the Day" (clean, preferably Dad jokes) to add some laughter to the mix

Desired Qualifications:

While previous experience is a plus, it's not a requirement. We value your passion, dedication, and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows-based programs are essential, as well as strong organizational and customer service skills. As a team player, excellent communication skills are a must, and you should be comfortable engaging customers through various channels. Plus, if you have retail sales training, customer satisfaction training, first aid certification, and a genuine passion for our industry, you'll be a perfect fit!
