Requirements

  • Valid Mortgage Broker license for British Columbia
  • Proven experience as a mortgage broker or loan officer within the financial services or banking industry
  • Strong knowledge of guidelines, underwriting processes, loan origination, and loan processing procedures
  • Familiarity with mortgage software tools
