About Spring Mortgage Group
Spring Mortgage Group (13100) is an established brokerage operating under The Mortgage Group (TMG). Our agents help Canadian homeowners and homebuyers access the best mortgage rates through our extensive network of Prime, Alternative, and Private lenders, and we hold Diamond status with most of them.
We're growing, and we're looking for motivated mortgage professionals to grow with us.
What makes this role different
You won't need to find your own clients, manage marketing, or worry about overhead. Spring Financial brings the leads to you — over 90,000 Canadians apply for financial products through our platform every month. A strong performer can expect to close 30–60 deals in their first year.
What you'll be doing
- Receiving and processing inbound mortgage applications
- Contacting clients, collecting documents, and guiding them through the process
- Organizing files and preparing contracts
- Liaising with lenders, lawyers, and appraisers
What you'll bring
- A valid mortgage licence — or active enrolment in a licensing course — in BC (BCFSA), Ontario (FSRAO), or Alberta (RECA)
- A strong work ethic suited to a fast-paced, growing office
- A genuine willingness to learn from experienced brokers
What we offer
- Qualified leads for mortgage refinance and purchase
- Office space with all software and hardware included
- Status compensation, bonuses, and priority service from lenders
- Comprehensive benefits, including dental and vision (100% of monthly premiums covered by Spring)
- One-on-one training from experienced management
Compensation
New brokers receive a guaranteed salary during their probation period while being mentored by an experienced team. Minimum wage salary during probation. Following your probation period, you will receive a guaranteed semi-monthly baseline equivalent to minimum wage, or your total earned commissions—whichever amount is higher.
NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent on-site position in downtown Vancouver.
