Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and entrances
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect building common areas
  • Remove garbage and recycling
  • Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces
  • Perform apartment turnover cleaning when units become vacant
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns
  • Assist with seasonal property upkeep and general building appearance

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
  • English and/or French
  • MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE
