Summary

We are seeking a Butcher / Meat Cutter to join our team at Boucherie Zinman, your neighborhood butcher shop. This role is vital in ensuring the quality and safety of our products while providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cut meat and poultry according to company standards.
  • Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed.
  • Package meat products efficiently for sale.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Assist customers with their selections and provide exceptional service.
  • Support inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in butchery or meat cutting.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle knives and other cutting tools safely.
  • Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods.
  • Kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
