Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Infuse every aspect of our restaurant with the spirit of Mexican culture, from menu offerings to guest interactions and decor.
• Develop strategies to achieve financial goals, optimize profitability, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Cultivate relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through personalized experiences and attentive service.
• Foster a positive work environment, nurturing talent, and providing opportunities for growth and advancement within our familia.
• Uphold high standards of health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining environment for guests and staff alike.
• Keep updated on industry trends and innovations to consistently improve our offerings and enhance guest experience.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Restaurant Leader: You have 3+ years of experience as a General Manager, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume setting.
• Passionate Ambassador: You have a genuine passion for learning Mexican cuisine and culture, inspiring authenticity and excellence in your team.
• Team Developer: Skilled in building and empowering diverse teams, you foster a culture of collaboration and excellence to ensure exceptional guest service and staff performance.
• Detail-Oriented Professional: Known for meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant management, you ensure operational efficiency and maintain impeccable standards in guest service.
