Full job description

Lil Einstein's Inc is seeking a strategic and results-driven Executive Head of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our early learning programs in Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day multi-site operations and drive organizational growth
  • Ensure compliance with Alberta childcare regulations and licensing standards
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation
  • Implement policies, performance metrics, and quality assurance systems
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead site directors and management teams

Qualifications

  • 5+years of senior operations leadership experience
  • Background in childcare, education and Montessori pedagogy ,regulated service environments preferred
  • Strong financial and strategic planning skills
  • Proven experience managing multi-site teams
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
