Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tower Crane Operator to join our team. Communicate clearly with ground personnel to coordinate lifting operations and ensure safety protocols are followed. This role requires strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure tower crane is in good working condition.
• Complete all required safety documentation before use.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, load capacities, swing radius, and weather conditions that may affect crane operation.
• Ensure safe lifting and movement of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to build a safe working environment and assist in other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tower Crane Operator or similar role is preferred.
• Valid tower crane operator certification or license is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.
• Reliability, punctuality, own transportation.
