Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience operating rollers or similar heavy equipment.
  • Experience with asphalt compaction and maintaining proper surface density.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of paving-site work, including extended standing, climbing on and off equipment, lifting, and working outdoors in changing weather.
  • Current CSTS and WHMIS certification.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
  • Ability to perform equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance is a plus.

Benefits

  • We offer a corporate culture built on S.T.A.R.T. – Safety, Trust, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork

  • Exposure to exciting projects in a dynamic and growing industry.
