Inside Sales Representative – Digital Marketing (100% remote)

This is a fast-paced, pure acquisition sales role focused on generating new business through high-volume outbound cold calling. You will identify opportunities, uncover customer needs, present digital marketing solutions, overcome objections, and close new business. There is no account management. Success is measured by your ability to build pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and consistently deliver results. We provide the training and tools; your persistence, coachability, and motivation to succeed will drive your success.
What you will do
· Prospect and acquire new SMB clients through high-volume outbound cold calling.
· Complete an average of 100+ outbound calls daily to create and maintain a healthy pipeline.
· Ask thoughtful questions to understand business goals, then present Yellow Pages digital advertising and lead-generation solutions with confidence.
· Handle objections, negotiate appropriately and close new business.
· Follow a consistent sales process, manage follow-up and maintain accurate customer records.
· Consistently work toward monthly activity, revenue and performance targets.
· Build product knowledge and sales capability through training, coaching, call reviews and feedback.
· Work independently and stay productive in a remote sales environment.
What makes you successful
· Sales experience, particularly in outbound sales, telesales, call centres, or other high-volume sales environments.
· A strong desire to earn based on performance and the resilience to overcome rejection.
· Confidence building relationships, presenting value, and closing sales.
· Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently from home.
· Coachable, curious, and quick to learn new products and processes.
· Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems.
· Digital marketing, media, or advertising sales experience is an asset.
Compensation & earnings potential
Yellow Pages offers a pay-for-performance compensation model designed to reward results — the more you sell, the more you earn.
- Base salary of $35,000 to provide stability while you build your pipeline
- Uncapped commission plan
- On-target earnings typically $55,000–$70,000 annually
- Top performers earn $90,000–$120,000+
- Quarterly and annual performance incentives

Requirements
- Must reside in the province of Ontario or Alberta
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- A professional, distraction-managed workspace and reliable internet suitable for customer conversations.
