Position Profile

Haul Truck Driver

Summary

Location: Mount Polley Mining Corporation, Likely, BC

Language of Work: English

Start Date: When filled

Schedule / Terms of Employment: Temporary 6 month contract.

12-hour shifts, (7 shifts on / 7 days off) 2x 30-minute breaks per shift. May include nightshift.

Please note: MPMC is not a fly-in/fly- out camp and employees are expected to secure their own accommodation within the local area.

Primary Purpose

  • Operate Haul Trucks to transport overburden, waste rock and ore from the mine
  • Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner, perform pre-trip checks and complete FLHA’s on a regular basis
  • Other duties as required.
