Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Line Cook/Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing high-quality meals, and maintaining a clean and safe food environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food service, excellent kitchen skills, and a commitment to food safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the food industry while contributing to a vibrant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
  • Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service
  • Assist in inventory management by stocking supplies and rotating stock as needed
  • Adhere to health regulations and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Regular kitchen activities (Cleaning, dishwashing etc)

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant.
  • Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
