Dual-Ticketed Electrician/Millwright — Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced, dual-ticketed Electrician/Millwright with proven leadership skills to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on role for a versatile tradesperson who can troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems while guiding and mentoring a crew.

What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Diagnose faults across motors, drives, PLCs, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems
  • Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of tradespeople and apprentices
  • Drive preventive maintenance programs and minimize equipment downtime
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with codes and regulations

What You Bring

  • Journeyperson certification in both Electrical and Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) trades
  • Significant industrial maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery alignment, and predictive maintenance
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
