We’re hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights to support operations with water assests near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for skilled tradespeople who can diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and help keep production moving safely and efficiently.

  • Maintaining pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, rotating equipment, and process systems
  • Performing preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Diagnosing failures and implementing permanent solutions
  • Reading and interpreting drawings, manuals, and schematics

  • Familiarity with Syncrude or Suncor site operations

You’ll Fit In Here If…

  • Your toolbox is worth more than your first vehicle.
  • You can often diagnose a problem before the operator finishes explaining it.

  • You take pride in equipment reliability.
  • You show up ready to work and help your crew succeed.
  • You care about doing the job right the first time.

Why Work With Us?

We’re not looking for people who want to hide in a large organization.

We’re looking for tradespeople who enjoy solving problems, take ownership of their work, and want to be part of a team where their contributions matter.

If you’re tired of being treated like an employee number and want to work with people who appreciate experience, skill, and work ethic, we’d like to talk with you.
