Beaupré Insurance, a locally owned brokerage dedicated to its clientele since 1976 is growing and looking for the same dedicated talent committed to excellent customer service to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Providing excellent customer service to our clients by the different channels.

Advising clients on insurance products and recommending the policies and coverages that meets their specific needs.

Managing personal lines accounts including policy changes, new applications, renewal retentions, cross selling and accompanying clients through their claim process as needed.

Working in partnership with the insurance markets to keep abreast of their guidelines and policies.

Must be committed to continuous improvement. Participation in professional development is a requirement.

Positive Relationships with internal and external clients and active participation to industry events.

Qualifications - The ideal candidate would possess the following:

· Experience in the insurance industry or strong customer service experience.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and problem solver

· Superior organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Bilingualism English & French

· Salary negociable according to experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits which includes an employer matched pension plan.
