We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Blackwell Supply Co location in our Tsawwassen Mills Outlet!! If you are a sales driven, passionate retail leader looking for a challenging and exciting opportunity, then look no further. This is a Contract position covering a Maternity leave for 12 months.

  • Can manage wage cost efficiently
  • Can maintain loss prevention controls- understands and can maintain low shrink results

  • Can share best practices with other Boathouse/Blackwell Managers
  • Can mentor and develop your team into the next level..
