We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coating Line Worker to join our production team. This role involves preparing, coating, and inspecting metal parts using a manual powder coating system. Responsibilities include hanging and removing parts on the line, ensuring proper surface preparation, applying powder coating, and inspecting finished products for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and hang parts for coating.
- Apply powder coating using spray equipment.
- Monitor the curing oven and coating line for proper operation.
- Inspect coated parts for defects and ensure quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and production procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or coating experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
