We’re Hiring: Dental Treatment Coordinator

Are you an organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional looking to join a warm and supportive dental team? Our busy pediatric dental clinic is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to be the welcoming face for our patients and families while helping guide them through their treatment journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome patients and families with a friendly, caring attitude
  • Review treatment plans with patients and ensure they understand their options
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-up visits
  • Discuss financial arrangements and insurance coverage with patients
  • Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the treatment process

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, or treatment planning is preferred
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
