The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized Payment Operations Specialist to join our in-office team in Montreal. In this role

What You’ll Do

  • Process merchant account updates and repricing,
  • Manage operational workflows,
  • Collaborate across departments,
  • Support projects
  • Help improve internal processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in operations or payments
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Microsoft Word/ Excel proficiency
  • Comfort learning multiple platforms.
  • Merchant services or T-SYS, Fiserv, Elavon, Repay experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are preferred.

Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners who are based in the US.
