Meal Maven connects customers with local home chefs, cloud kitchens, and restaurants for authentic tiffin-style meals delivered to their door. We're hiring an Operations & Vendor Onboarding Coordinator to help grow the supply network and keep daily operations running smoothly-onboarding new cooks/kitchens, verifying menus and availability, coordinating schedules, and troubleshooting day-to-day order issues.

What you'll do

  • Onboard and support new home chefs/kitchens (intake, documentation, basic training, readiness checks)

  • Coordinate menus, pricing, and weekly availability with vendors

  • Monitor order flow and resolve issues (missing items, delays, substitutions, cancellations)

  • Maintain accurate vendor and menu records in internal tools/CRM

  • Work with delivery/support to ensure customers receive the right meals on time

  • Track vendor performance (quality, reliability, customer feedback) and report trends

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years in operations, vendor coordination, customer success, or food delivery/hospitality ops

  • Strong communication and problem-solving in fast-paced situations

  • Highly organized; comfortable working with spreadsheets and admin tools

  • Available during core operating hours (and occasionally to support peaks)

Nice to have

  • Experience with onboarding vendors/partners

  • Familiarity with food safety basics and handling dietary/allergen notes
