Retail Store Manager – Photography & Imaging | Don's Photo (Winnipeg, MB)

Lead a passionate team at Don's Photo, a proudly Canadian photography and imaging retailer — $42,000–$50,000/year plus employee discounts and room to grow.

We're looking for an experienced, people-first Retail Store Manager to run daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Winnipeg store.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and schedule a team of retail staff to hit performance and service goals
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory and staffing
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a great in-store experience
  • Drive traffic through in-store events and marketing initiatives
  • Track KPIs and maintain store standards

What You Bring:

  • Passion for photography and helping customers find the right products and services
  • 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience (required)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team to meet performance goals
  • A customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
