Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of food service operations. This role offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
  • Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
  • Assist in food preparation or kitchen support tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
  • Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, courteous attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for billing, making change, and order accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes as needed
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
