WHAT THIS ROLE IS
The Office Lead is the heartbeat of the clinic. The right person for this role does not manage from a distance. They work alongside the team, step into any chair, pick up any phone, and handle any task that needs handling. They lead by showing up, not by delegating down.
IF this already sounds like you please copy and past this link to leave us a video application next: https://mymba.io/mba/applications?companyID=64700809-5ac4-44c0-afe6-1710e98f3e8c&type=default
This person knows every role in the clinic — front desk, phones, bookkeeping, patient coordination, and clinical support — because they have done every role. When someone needs help, the Office Lead does not point. They step in. When something is broken, they do not escalate. They fix it.
The Office Lead is also the standard-bearer for the clinic. They model the core values, hold the team accountable with warmth and clarity, and create the kind of culture where people do their best work because they are led well.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A natural leader who earns respect by doing, not by title.
- A problem-solver who owns what is in front of them and does not wait to be told.
- A communicator who can train, recalibrate, and encourage in the same conversation.
- A learner who is never satisfied with good enough and always looking for a better way.
- A team player who checks their ego at the door and does whatever the clinic needs today.
The Office Lead must be fully trained and capable in every operational role in the clinic — front desk, patient scheduling, phones, bookkeeping, and clinical support coordination. This is not optional. The ability to step into any role on any given day is what makes this person invaluable.
