Dental Treatment & Patient Care Coordinator

Leadership & Growth Opportunity

Work With Purpose. Learn With Passion. Grow With Us.

Slipacoff Dental Centre is a family-owned dental practice entering an exciting new stage of growth.

Alongside comprehensive general dentistry, our practice has a strong clinical focus on airway-focused orthodontics, treatment of TMJ dysfunction and facial pain, and solutions for snoring and sleep apnea.

As these areas continue to grow, we are creating a new clinical space and looking for an exceptional person to help us build it.

This is not simply a traditional front desk position.

We are looking for someone who wants to become deeply involved in the patient journey, coordinate complex care, learn our systems and treatment philosophy, and grow alongside the clinic. For the right person, there is meaningful opportunity to develop into a lead administrative and management role as this part of our practice expands.

About You

You are organized, dependable, warm and exceptionally strong with follow-through. You enjoy creating order, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You are:

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable, accountable and proactive
  • Warm and confident when communicating with patients
  • Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Able to coordinate multiple aspects of patient care
  • Comfortable learning new terminology, technology and systems
  • Calm and solutions-oriented
  • Excited by professional growth and increasing responsibility

Most importantly, we are looking for someone we can trust — someone who takes genuine ownership of their role and cares about the experience our patients receive.

Your Role

Working closely with Dr. Ekaterina Slipacoff and our clinical team, you will help coordinate patients receiving orthodontic, TMJ/facial pain, airway and sleep-related care.

Your role will include patient communication and scheduling, coordinating consultations and treatment, presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements, managing insurance and payments, coordinating referrals and records, and ensuring outstanding tasks are followed through to completion.

As the clinic grows, you will also have the opportunity to help develop our systems and gradually take on greater responsibility and leadership.

Experience

Dental reception or treatment coordination experience is strongly preferred. Experience with treatment presentation, orthodontics, complex case coordination, dental insurance or Tracker software is an asset.

Above all, we are looking for the right person — someone with excellent judgment, initiative, communication skills and a genuine desire to learn.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and responsibility
  • Employer-provided dental benefits and pension/retirement package
  • Continuing education, training and mentorship
  • Uniforms
  • A supportive, family-owned practice environment
  • Meaningful opportunity for professional growth and leadership

This Role Is Different

We are not simply filling an empty chair at the front desk.

We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the next chapter of our practice — someone who wants to learn, take ownership and grow with us.

And perhaps, over time, someone who can help lead what we are building.

If that sounds like you, we would genuinely love to meet you.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week

Benefits:

  • Dental care
  • On-site parking

Work Location: In person
