Position Title: Medical Laboratory Technologist
- Perform specimen testing in the core lab settings.
- Perform and interpret blood testing for transfusion, cross-matching, and typing.
- Perform chemistry testing, including cardiac enzymes and electrolyze
- Proficient in Hematology/Coagulation studies
- Perform Manual testing – Mono, Malaria, Drug screen, Genexpert, RSVna
- Perform Quality Assurance , validate and interpret test results
- Operate and maintain different Medical Lab equipment.
- Provide an excellent patient care and maintain patient information confidentiality.
- Cerner trained and hospital experince preferred
Requirements:
- A two- or three-year college program in medical laboratory technology.
- Certified by the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) in good standing.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience.
- Strong Communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to adapt quickly in different work settings with diverse communities and populations.
Base Rate: $60 per hour

- Travel Pay
- Travel and accommodation provided
- Reimbursement for out-of-province licensing fees
