Full job description

Client Care Manager (RPN/RN)

Relationship Builder | Community Connector | Healthcare Sales

Are you an RPN or RN who loves building relationships just as much as providing care?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Are you energized by meeting new people, creating meaningful partnerships, and helping families navigate some of life’s most important decisions?

If you’re someone who naturally connects with people, takes initiative, enjoys networking, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families , we want to meet you.

At Home Instead, we believe care starts with relationships. This role is perfect for a nurse who enjoys consultative sales, community outreach, client advocacy, and relationship management while still using their clinical knowledge and compassion every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Client Care Manager (RPN/RN), you’ll be the face of our organization in the community and a trusted guide for families looking for support.

You will:

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, retirement residences, hospitals, hospices, and community partners
  • Meet with potential clients and families to understand their needs and create customized care solutions
  • Conduct in-home Care Consultations and Quality Assurance visits
  • Help families feel confident, supported, and cared for during emotional and important life transitions
  • Develop referral relationships and maintain ongoing partnerships within the healthcare community
  • Work closely with our scheduling and caregiving teams to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve client care plans and overall satisfaction
  • Be a problem solver, advocate, communicator, and relationship builder all in one

This is not a desk-only nursing role. This is a dynamic position for someone who loves being out in the community, connecting with people, thinking on their feet, and making an impact.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is an active RPN or RN in good standing with the CNO
  • Loves relationship building and naturally connects with people
  • Is confident having conversations with families, referral partners, and healthcare professionals
  • Has strong sales instincts and enjoys helping people find solutions
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
  • Is empathetic, compassionate, organized, and proactive
  • Takes ownership and isn’t afraid of a challenge
  • Has exceptional communication and follow-up skills
  • Enjoys both independent work and collaborating with a team

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Meaningful work that truly changes lives
  • A role that combines healthcare, relationship management, community networking, and sales
  • Supportive and energetic team environment
  • Variety in your day meetings, consultations, community outreach, client visits, and team collaboration
  • Opportunity to grow and make a visible impact
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel
  • Monday–Friday schedule with one Saturday per month

Position Details

  • Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings for consultations
  • Travel required throughout Parry Sound, North Bay, Bracebridge and surrounding areas
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
  • Mileage reimbursement provided

If you’re passionate about people, relationship-building, healthcare, and making a difference every single day, we’d love to hear from you.

Thank you for your interest in joining our team. Selected candidates will be asked to complete an assessment prior to the first interview.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • On-site parking
  • Paid time off

Work Location: In person
