  • Coordinating appointments and maintaining an organized schedule
  • Processing payments, insurance forms, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Supporting clinical staff and adapting to various administrative needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional communication skills (our top priority)
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfort with computers and digital systems is an asset
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on patient care

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Paid weekly
  • Flexible vacation time
  • Extended medical and dental benefits, including vision, chiropractic, and more
  • Benefits provided not only to the employee, but also to their immediate family
  • Supportive, family‑oriented work environment
  • Opportunity to grow with a respected practice entering an exciting new chapter
  • Full‑time and part‑time hours available for the right candidate

Join Our Team
If you are motivated, communicative, and excited to be part of a growing dental practice with a brand‑new facility, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a team member who will help elevate our patient experience and contribute to the long‑term success of our clinic.
