We're looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced practice, knows Dentrix, understands dental insurance, and can keep schedules, patients, and the clinical team working in sync.

If you're organized, proactive, confident, and take pride in creating exceptional patient experiences, we want to meet you.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of dental reception experience
  • Dentrix experience required
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance
  • Exceptional scheduling and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
