Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, cosmetic treatments, and client service, with the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role offers opportunities for growth within a reputable medical spa environment, utilizing advanced techniques and state-of-the-art equipment. The Licensed Aesthetician will be responsible for providing personalized skin care treatments, educating clients on skincare routines, and promoting our range of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including medical facials - microdermabrasion, hydro-dermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling.
  • Manage skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual needs
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations
  • Taking detailed and efficient client notes
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Upsell additional treatments or products to enhance client experience and revenue

Requirements

  • Valid Medical Aesthetician License in accordance with state regulations
  • Proven experience in skincare treatments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively
  • Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Previous med spa experience is preferred
