Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our healthcare team. This role involves managing patient interactions, collecting essential information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new and returning patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or dental office settings, familiarity with electronic medical records, and strong communication skills to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Conduct intake consultations and assessments
  • Develop and update care plans
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and coverage
  • Communicate with families and referral partners
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records

Qualifications
