ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
  • Office Administration certificate or equivalent office experience;
  • Successful completion of advanced level Excel course or equivalent advanced level knowledge;
  • A minimum of two (2) years recent experience in a staff scheduling environment, preferably in health
care;
  • Payroll knowledge and experience an asset;
  • Experience working with different union contracts and ability to apply the scheduling language
appropriately;
  • Comprehensive knowledge and use of MS Office, Staff Scheduling software, Intranet;
  • Knowledge of collective agreements (ONA, UNIFOR, OPSEU) and related hospital policies and
procedures;
  • Satisfactory attendance.
