    • Skills required would include performing routine surgeries, dental procedures and a variety of medical appointments.
    • We're closed Sundays/Stat Holidays.
    • Previous veterinary experience is preferred.
    • Answer phones promptly and professionally, booking appointments with precision.
    • Take patient photographs for medical records when appropriate.
    • Assist with completing new client registrations and medical record transfers.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology related to veterinary care is beneficial.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic medical records systems.
    • Scanning and linking documents to medical records.
    • Maintaining and organizing patient files and medical information.
    • Invoicing clients for services rendered.
    • Previous veterinary clinic experience is preferred.
    • Staff discounts on veterinary services and products.
    • Competitive salary based on experience.
    • Experience with AVImark would be an asset.
    • This is a full time, permanent position.
    • You will work 4 x 10 hour shifts each week with 3 days off per week.
