Job description:

HR Recruiter – Hamilton-Ontario

Company: Canadian Process Serving Inc.
Location: Hamilton (Work from home anywhere in the province)
Website: www.canadianprocessserving.com
Type: Contract | Remote | Pay per successful hire

About Us

Canadian Process Serving Inc. is Canada’s leading provider of legal document service and court filing solutions. We’ve been helping law firms, corporations, and government agencies since 1983 — and now we’re expanding nationally.

We’re looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to take the lead in Ontario and help us build our provincial team of professional Process Servers.

The Role

As our Ontario recruiter, you’ll be responsible for finding and hiring qualified Process Servers across the province.

This is a results-driven role, ideal for someone who works independently, sets goals, and delivers measurable outcomes. You’ll be targeting approximately 20 new hires to fully staff the province within 4–5 months.

Your Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job ads across Indeed and other major job boards.
  • Recruit, screen, and recommend qualified Process Servers to join our team.
  • Maintain consistent hiring results — minimum of 1 new hire per week required.
  • Provide weekly reports summarizing recruitment progress and hires completed.
  • Once the province is fully staffed, continue hiring to replace servers who retire, resign, or are terminated.

Requirements

  • College or university training in Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • Previous experience recruiting or hiring (especially in high-volume or contract settings).
  • Self-starter who works with zero supervision and produces immediate results.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable computer and internet connection (work-from-home environment).

Compensation

  • Fixed rate per successful hire (not hourly).
  • Short-term contract with the option to extend based on results.
  • Performance clause: Recruiters who fail to meet the minimum average of 1 new hire per week will have their contract terminated.

Perks & Incentives

  • Corporate tickets: Two (2) Ottawa Senators and two (2) Toronto Blue Jays tickets per year minimum.
  • Work-from-home setup support: Optional equipment lease or rent-to-own arrangement available (deducted from earnings).

Growth Opportunities

Recruiters who achieve strong results and wish to work full-time may be invited to assist with recruitment in other provinces where additional help is needed or where no recruiter is currently in place.

Why Join Us

This isn’t a “train-as-you-go” position — it’s for someone who can start delivering immediately and wants to see tangible results. You’ll have complete autonomy, full flexibility, and the opportunity to grow within the company.
