In the last 25+ years history of the clinic, we have developed strong relationships with Doctors, sports teams, and other businesses in the community.

MVMT Physio & Chiro, Freedom Physical Therapy, and Cura Physical Therapiesoffers a mix of physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, shockwave, IMS, rehab exercises to best serve the patients of St.Albert. We are looking for a passionate MOA/Admins t to be part of our dynamic team!

This position might also be working at 1-2 of our clinics: MVMT Physio & Chiro, Freedom Physical Therapy, and Cura Physical Therapies. We're located in St. Albert, South Edmonton, and West Edmonton.

What will be asked of you:

  • Commit to your onboarding so you can get up to speed much quicker
  • You want metrics on how you are doing and what areas of the role you need help with
  • We will train you on how to offer a great patient experience on the phone
  • You can learn software that helps us run the clinic, schedule patients, invoice, collect payments, etc
  • Love to help people even if the environment can be fast-paced at times

Preferred but NOT required:

  • Prior work in retail or Restaurant
  • Customer service focus mentality
  • Prior experience with WCB, MVA, AHS and Jane systems considered a asset
  • Inbound or outbound phone experience
  • Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. medical office
  • Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiro, acupuncture
  • Familiarity with third party billing portals
  • Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
