- Review promotional content, pricing, offers, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of website content, landing pages, and digital marketing assets prior to launch.
- Coordinate the development, approval, and distribution of marketing assets, promotional materials, and campaign collateral.
- Monitor campaign timelines, key milestones, and project deliverables while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support campaign reporting by compiling performance metrics, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research, monitor travel industry trends, customer insights, and emerging marketing technologies, and provide recommendations to support future marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Maintain marketing files, campaign documentation, promotional calendars, and departmental records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, advertising, or campaign coordination role.
- Proven experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
- Strong background collaborating with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, website content management, email marketing, social media, and marketing analytics is considered an asset.
- Experience within the travel, tourism, hospitality, airline, or other consumer-focused industry is considered an asset.
- Skills & Abilities:

- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), project management tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
