  • Craft problem statements, user journeys, financial models, competitor assessments and risk analyses in accordance with required templates and techniques.
  • Partner with technology, finance, legal, data privacy and regional stakeholders to socialize and evaluate findings.
  • Present ideas to Identity Solutions' product leadership for consideration and advancement through the commercialization process.

2) Support Identity Solutions' product evaluation process:
  • Mentor and support product development teams through Identity Solutions’ product evaluation process.
  • Partner with stakeholders and partners to continuously improve the efficiency and efficacy of Identity Solutions' product evaluation and advancement processes.

3) Inspire early-stage product development efforts across Identity Solutions:
  • Assess the impact of emerging technology and its application to payments, identity verification and fraud risk assessment.
  • Monitor trends and emerging regulations to inform our organization’s strategy.
  • Develop thought leadership insights that align findings with the strategic priorities of Identity Solutions and Mastercard.

All About You:

  • Curiosity, persistence, adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Superior story-telling skills including the ability to simplify complex data concepts and define market-resonating outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Positive interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – ability to build compelling business cases and presentations, conduct interviews and invite additional perspectives.
  • Experience in payments, authentication and innovation are a plus.
