What would my role be?

Reporting to the Chief Technologist, you will provide general radiology services (including but not limited to providing x-ray examinations and patient care).


How do I qualify?

Required:

  • Three (3) year Community College Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology.
  • Registered with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO)
  • Registered with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Level C certificate

Preferred:

  • Experience in general radiography with infants to frail elderly
  • Fluent in French and English

What skills should I possess to succeed in the role?

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.
  • Familiarity with the provisions of the Healing Arts Radiation Protection Act
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of medical terminology.
