Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Executive / Key Accounts Manager

Base Salary + Performance Bonuses Plan ($10K-$80K/Y)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Executive / Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Executive / Key Accounts Manager who wants ownership over their pipeline, their schedule, and their earnings. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy , you'll manage accounts from first contact through long-term partnership, travel to meet clients and partners, and be rewarded directly for the results you deliver.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare partners
  • Identify high-value opportunities for clients and convert them into confirmed orders
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Grow Nexara's client base through proactive outreach, calls, meetings, and industry engagement
  • Partner with our Quality Assurance team to ensure every deal meets regulatory and vendor compliance standards
  • Manage your pipeline and account activity in our CRM, with regular reporting on performance
  • Travel frequently (20%+) to build face-to-face relationships with clients and partners

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a related commercial field (required)
  • Applicant Requirements: We are currently accepting candidates with Canadian pharmaceutical sales experience or equivalent relevant healthcare experience. Because deep knowledge of the local market is essential, applicants without Canadian market knowledge or healthcare sales experience will be respectfully declined by our screening system. However, we will gladly accept and consider your application if you possess significant English-speaking (non-Canadian) pharmaceutical distribution or clinical trial sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a pharmaceutical-related discipline (required)
  • A sharp commercial instinct , you know which opportunities are worth pursuing and which aren't
  • Self motivated energic, excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels, from pharmacy managers to hospital procurement directors
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time, pipeline, and targets
  • A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Bilingualism or multilingualism is a strong asset
