  • Educate healthcare professionals on respiratory care pathways, oxygen therapy, and PAP therapy solutions offered by our company.
  • Manage and grow an assigned geographic territory, identifying new referral opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral or revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Proactively generate new leads and referral relationships to continuously expand the company’s network of healthcare partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and referral patterns, and provide weekly intelligence reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (clinical staff, operations, and PPC) to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients and high service standards.
  • Respond to hospital and clinic requests by coordinating with the appropriate company departments to ensure timely follow-up and support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities, contacts, and opportunities within the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts within the CRM system and support ongoing territory planning.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and scheduled field visits with management to review performance, strategy, and territory development.
  • Represent the company at conferences, clinical education events, and professional meetings to strengthen professional relationships and promote our services.

Experience Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Existing industry relationships and contacts within the assigned geographical territory are essential.
  • Respirology pharmaceutical experience will be considered.
  • Pharmaceutical Respirology accreditation is a strong asset.
  • Post-secondary education completed at an accredited university.
  • A sales background combined with a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse designation is an asset.
