Boxxed Aesthetics & Wellness is a new luxury medical aesthetics and wellness clinic founded and led by a Trauma ICU Registered Nurse. Our flagship clinic is being built in Stouffville, and everything in it is new: the space, the brand, and the technology you will work with every day, including the Geneo X® platform for OxyGeneo™ facials and RF skin tightening, the NOON® Aesthetics professional peel system, the Dp4 Microneedling System, and an Aerolase® Neo Elite laser platform. No tired equipment, no rushed 30-minute slots, no pressure-selling scripts.

This is a founding team position. You will help define the treatment experience from day one, and as we grow, the people who grew with us come first.

The role

You will be the face of our skin treatment program: delivering results-driven facial treatments, guiding patients on their skin health, and working alongside our nursing team in a genuinely medical setting. We treat unhurried appointments as a standard, not a luxury.

What you'll do

• Perform OxyGeneo™ Super Facials, RF skin tightening, professional chemical peels, and cosmetic microneedling
• Conduct skin health consultations and build personalized treatment and home-care plans
• Recommend medical-grade skincare (NOON® Aesthetics, Colorescience®, e11ement) honestly, based on what the patient's skin actually needs
• Maintain treatment room standards worthy of a medical clinic: preparation, documentation, and impeccable cleanliness
• Collaborate with front desk staff and the nursing team on combined treatment pathways

What we're looking for

• Diploma from a recognized esthetics or medical aesthetics program (required)
• Experience performing chemical peels and advanced facial treatments in a clinic or medical spa setting
• Experience with OxyGeneo™, NOON® Aesthetics, or laser platforms is a strong asset (full training is provided through our device partners, so a great aesthetician without this experience should absolutely still apply)
• Genuine skin knowledge: you can read a skin type, explain your reasoning, and know when something needs a nurse or medical director instead
• Warm, polished, and comfortable in a luxury patient-facing environment
• Weekend availability is required

Hours, location, and perks

• Part-time, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week
• Clinic hours are Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (closed Monday and Tuesday); shifts will include weekends
• You will work at our flagship clinic in Stouffville (interviews may take place at our current temporary Richmond Hill location)
• Paid training and certification on our devices and peel systems
• Commission on retail skincare sales, on top of your hourly rate
