Medical Aesthetician & Sales Consultant

Skin&Co. | Mississauga, ON

Skin&Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Aesthetician & Sales Consultant to join our growing cosmetic team.

We are looking for someone who combines strong hands-on aesthetic skills with a confident, consultative approach to sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing treatments, educating clients, recommending personalized treatment plans, skincare, and contributing to clinic sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform medical aesthetic treatments safely and professionally
  • Conduct skin consultations and assess clients’ skincare and treatment needs
  • Recommend appropriate treatments, treatment plans and professional skincare products
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits
  • Confidently present treatment options, packages and home-care regimens
  • Meet individual and clinic sales targets
  • Maintain strong knowledge of medical grade skincare and aesthetic treatments
  • Follow clinic protocols for treatment, documentation, sanitation and patient care
  • Maintain a polished professional and welcoming client experience
  • Support the team with day to day clinic operations when required

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics
  • Medical Aesthetics diploma
  • Hands-on experience with treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments and other advanced aesthetic services
  • Proven sales and consultation experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of professional/medical grade skincare
  • Comfortable discussing treatment pricing and recommending services based on client needs
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Sales-driven and motivated to achieve individual and clinic targets
  • Strong team player who works well in a collaborative environment
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast paced clinical setting
  • Self motivated, proactive and results oriented
  • Professional, polished and personable
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Previous experience in a dermatology clinic, medical spa, cosmetic clinic or plastic surgery setting is an asset
