Overview
We are seeking a professional, client-focused, and growth-minded Medical Aesthetician to join a collaborative and modern aesthetics team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advanced skincare, laser treatments, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience. The Aesthetician will also engage in retail sales, product demos, and upselling to enhance client experiences. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to sanitation are essential for success in this position.

Duties

  • Perform a wide range of medical aesthetic and skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and advanced skin treatments.
  • Conduct professional skin consultations and assist clients in developing personalized treatment plans based on their goals and concerns.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment expectations, pre-care and post-care instructions, and product usage.
  • Recommend skincare products and treatment packages to support client results and ongoing wellness.
  • Maintain accurate treatment documentation, consent forms, and client records.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming, professional, and luxury client experience.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation, infection prevention, and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and supporting smooth clinic operations when needed.
  • Participate in retail sales, product recommendations, and treatment plan upselling in an ethical and client-centered manner.
  • Support clinic growth through professionalism, teamwork, and occasional participation in promotions or social media content.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Medical Aesthetician, Esthetician, or in a similar medical spa or aesthetics environment is preferred.
  • Experience with laser treatments and advanced skincare technologies is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards, infection prevention, and skincare treatment protocols.
  • Experience with retail sales, skincare product recommendations, and client retention strategies is advantageous.
  • Experience in luxury spa, wellness, or medical aesthetics settings is preferred.
