Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Medical Aesthetician/Laser Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, perform laser procedures, and provide outstanding guest services. Your expertise will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting spa experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials.
  • Operate laser equipment safely and effectively for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options to enhance their results
  • Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing client questions, upselling products or additional treatments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and managing retail sales
  • Conduct product demos to showcase skincare lines and promote retail sales opportunities

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Skin Care/Medical Aesthetician/Laser Specialist with knowledge of current aesthetic treatments and laser safety protocols
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
  • Familiarity with sanitation standards in a spa or medical setting
  • Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatments and products
