IPAC Sales Consultant and Support Specialist

Remuneration: $75,000 – $110,000

In this role, we are looking for an IPAC Sales Consultant and Support Specialist to join our IPAC, CE and Sales Support team. The ideal candidate for this role will combine key admin responsibilities with a flair for sales and an interest in professional growth.

Position Overview

As the IPAC Sales Consultant and Support Specialist, you will focus on being one the important go-to people for all IPAC related inquiries that come into the company.

As our professional sales force is ever expanding, you will train, educate and be the go-to for our company sales force on IPAC related matters.

You will attend dental offices to execute IPAC checks and programs as requested both in person and virtually.

You are customer center focused on providing excellent service to all clients on all of our IPAC programs. You will be attending training sessions, maxill hosted Continuing Education (CE) nights and multiple professional trade shows as required.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act upon and execute the service expectations of all IPAC programs with our customers and prospects
  • Provide IPAC support via phone and email to customers during working hours by being the central IPAC go-to contact
  • Be an IPAC resource and IPAC trainer for the maxill sales force
  • Maintain direct contact with customers who purchase IPAC services to ensure complete satisfaction and post-sale follow-up
  • The ability to attend trade shows, CE nights and training sessions as required
  • Follow up and close on the many leads that are company and website generated

Requirements

  • Verifiable and thorough knowledge of IPAC is mandatory
  • Experience in sales administration and customer service
  • Travel to dental offices and the delivery of IPAC program services
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced-level knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Dental and dental oriented IPAC knowledge is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
  • Skilled in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Must work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Coachable. Willing to learn and navigate customer management systems and customer office environments
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend CE events.
